The door bottom guillotine is a high-performance sealing system specifically designed for recessed door guillotines, acoustic control doors, smoke control doors, and fire-insulated doors. This system effectively prevents the passage of air, water, dust, and smoke through the gaps under the door, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort.

Products are available in standard lengths ranging from 330 mm to 1330 mm. For larger doors, special models with double adjustable mechanisms are available in the range of 1430 mm to 1830 mm. The door bottom guillotine offers easy installation with a hidden screw system and can be precisely adjusted using a plastic push piston with a 3 mm hex key or screwdriver. The EPDM seal provides long-lasting use and excellent sound insulation.

Technical Details: The patented mechanism lowers the guillotine to the floor in the direction of the door hinge, ensuring complete closure with a stepwise scissors motion. It is certified by IFT Rosenheim and offers 42 dB sound insulation (EN ISO 10140-1:2012 / 10140-2:2010 / 717-1:2013). Additionally, it ensures safe usage with EN 1634-3 smoke control. The mechanism can be removed by the hinge after installation, and the product has been tested for 200,000 opening-closing cycles, with a drop allowance of up to 15 mm.

Optional Accessories include a metal connection bracket for surface mounting and a brass push piston that can be adjusted with a screwdriver or hex key.
