warranty terms

All products available on our website are covered by the manufacturer's warranty unless stated otherwise. To ensure the warranty conditions are valid, please inspect the product during delivery via cargo, warehouse, or transport. If any damage is detected at the time of delivery, please document it and return the item.

If the product you purchased from the "Efor Laminat" website is defective, broken, or damaged, you must contact us within 7 (seven) days from the delivery date through the contact form on www.eforlaminat.com. Providing detailed information will allow us to coordinate with the shipping company for a return, and a new product will be sent to you.

Products used and cleaned according to the instructions are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years under the conditions specified below: The seller's warranty responsibility is only valid for consumers covered by Law No. 4077. For commercial transactions, the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code will apply.
