Mardaş | Aluminum-Framed Laminated Door Installation Video

In this project, an aluminum-framed laminated door system was selected to ensure both technical strength and long-lasting performance. The design focuses on meeting the demands of high-traffic areas by prioritizing durability, dimensional stability, and surface resistance.

The aluminum profile frame used in the door casing eliminates the risk of rust compared to traditional steel frames and prevents deformation over time. Thanks to its low tolerance for measurement deviations, the installation process achieves precise alignment and a perfect fit between the door leaf and frame.

The laminated surface chosen for the door leaf is resistant to scratches, impacts, and chemical cleaners. This feature significantly reduces maintenance needs, lowering operating costs—especially beneficial for commercial and institutional projects. The surface finish is designed to maintain its visual appeal over an extended period.

During installation, wall openings were carefully measured to position the frame accurately, and door leaf adjustments along with hardware fittings were completed according to industry standards.
